1) Darren Huff is a member of a Militia, yes, the Georgia Militia sanctioned by the “Governor of Georgia’s office” That’s the part they left out! Put together by folks in that state to work side by side with other agencies in the state to help others in any way that they can.
2) Darren Huff’s position or tittle in this organization ” Chaplin” yep, you got it right “Chaplin” click here
3) Darren Huff has been deemed an Indecent man and a man who was going to Ten. to take over a town and do it by force, deadly force if need be. This was to be done in a patriot uprising of veterans and citizens, not the case, never was. This is one incident they place the logic on. click here.
4) Darren Huff was in the FBI radar well before his interview on the night of April 19th 2010. On April 19th he according to the information given by the FBI to media was deemed a threat to the citizenry of Monroe county and could have been detained by law ( remember the mission statement with all others laws to protect the country and the citizenry)
5) He was watched that night, and was watched leaving his home for Monroe county at or around 6:15 am. by the FBI
6) He was then stopped by law enforcement entering the county in Ten. click here
7) FBI and local and state authorities find that Mr. Huff is carrying a side arm and has a rifle with over 300 round in his truck. Allow Mr. Huff to go forward after giving his side arm back and let hin continue on to Monroe County court-house? This is after deeming him a threat?
8) In Monroe County at the time there were more than 200 SWAT, Local, State and Federal folks armed to the teeth for this supposed take over. There was also rotary wing aircraft in the air on station. Where did this come from and who is paying the bill? This could have already been prevented. Notice the date on the FBI affidavit, April 26th ? He was visited on the 19th was stopped on the 20th and the Government had over 200 personnel on ground and air for a threat?
9) Mr. Darren Huff was finally arrested in Ten. but for what. You know you have been told he had crossed state line to creat a riot and to creat civil unrest with a weapon. Well folks, Why was this not done on ALL the previous stops and visits in all this time from the 19th of May? Protect and Defend, go back to the mission statement.
10) This is why, Mr. Darren Huff was visiting other county’s around Monroe County to ask other law enforcement agencies for help and intervention in the criminal acts of the Judiciary and police compliances in Monroe County, That folks is the truth !
The facts are the Government needs to suppress the truth in Monroe County, It has nothing to do with Fitzpatrick or a ” Birther” issue and became as said in the military a “Target of opportunity”
This could have turned out terribly bad. The problem was no one involved had any intention but to see that the government agencies and state and local agencies did their jobs and to video tape it for others to see.
Remember, things may not be what they seem.
The only difference between Mr. Huff and what you just watched is they have not shot his dog yet.
11) The connection between LtCom. Fitzpatrick and Darren Huff have been a creation of the folks suppressing it.
12) Fitzpatrick criminal complain of” TREASON” has nothing to do with a “Birther” issue. Your Government is being unconditionally transformed with out your approval from a Republic
13) Mr. Huff was trying to get help with the Government in Monroe County that has been taken over and changed by the corruption. You need to learn what the truth is or is not. In doing so you will have an idea of what is going on around you.
If in fact an event was allowed to go forward and it had taken place in Monroe county. All this information would have went away with it. Strange how that works.

In reference to the citizen’s arrest and precedents, no it is not funny, here it is. By the way, for full disclosure. There have been two cases where the lower appeal’s court has upheld the fact that a grand jury Forman has stayed for more than two years. The law of Tennessee has not been changed or amended. One full year is law. Rule 6 of the rules of procedure explain the grand jury for the state. Look to see if any one has ruled where a grand jury Forman can serve for more than 27 years consecutively and at the same time be the foreman of two convened grand jury’s at the same time ? just asking.

Have been waiting for this post since listening in part to you and Carl on the patriots heart network radio blog a couple of days ago.
You half-way apologize for the length of this post, but I think most folk would agree that it isn’t long enough. One of the most frustrating aspects of trying to understand and keep up to date about Commander Fritzpatrick’s and Darren Huff’s activities has been both the lack of regular posts and the lack of clarity of most of what has been posted. I have four or five different bookmarks I use to try and find updated info: this blog in general and specifically the post ‘note-from-a-marine-vet’ as Carl was posting updates there; Carl’s Rise up for America in general and his patriot alert page specifically; and of course Fritzpatrick’s Jag Hunter blog. However, none of these are regularly updated and no where is there a comprehensive overview, such as you gave on the radio blog, of the over all issues and the connectivity of the various activities and actions related to Fritzpatrick’s and Darren’s arrest.
Until I listened to you and Carl I didn’t know Darren was a member of the Georgia State Militia, the word going around everywhere is that he is a wacko ‘Christian Identity’ radical who hates Jews and Blacks and therefore can not be a real Constitutional Oath Keeper. That sort of spin is hard to counter without definite information.
Until I listened to the radio blog I didn’t know that Fritzpatrick has made the decision to stop posting on his blog due to the legal situation he is facing… I don’t think it would have been over stepping his rights to have at least made one final post to inform people of this decision. He just seemed to disappear which leaves folks like me scratching their heads.
My main motivation for bringing this up is that you guys are losing the media war by failing to get your message out properly. If you don’t present the facts in a clear logical manner people are not going to understand what is going on, and they are eventually not going to bother trying to figure it out, and will just forget about it all.
In that sense this post wasn’t too long, it wasn’t long enough because it really fails to present the full force of the argument you made on your talk the other day. What is of fundamental importance is to demonstrate the absolute culture of corruption that has taken over our political system from the lowest county or incorporated town, all the way to the Supreme Court, Congress, and the White House. You and Carl are absolutely correct that the events playing out in Monroe county have the potential to ignite a fire storm of citizen actions and a revitalization of our country. However, in order to achieve that you have to fight a well thought out and implemented media war, giving like thinking patriots a place where they can not only stay up to date but unite in common cause.
Bacsi is right on the money. Furthermore, the only way to fight this corruption properly is to hire an attorney. Set up a legal defense fund in which patriots dedicated to the cause may make a contribution. You can’t tell me in a country swarming with attorneys, there isn’t one who is willing to put country ahead of self. Not true. Seek and ye shall find.
Come on guys. You have a federal agent who is willing to make false statements while under oath. You have local and county officers who have file false and un true statements, and falsified federal recorded documents. These are all criminal and federal crimes. They make statements that this gentalmen told them he was going to commit all of these crimes while armed. Anyone who would even begain to believe these officers needs to have their heads examined.I would suggest everyone file criminal charges of falsifing a federal court document,and filing false reports by an officer. This will put the whole bunch on leave of their action’s and in return they will need to show proof of said proof by recordings of Huff and or vidio with audio. They have no case but they need the heat turned up a few knotches. Or Huff will fry. I will put my money where my mouth is.We need to file for a full judicial review on the judge who sign the orders of arrest, and the judge in the court protecting Pettaway.Anyone can file these complaints by downloading them in any state. You do not have to live in the state to file one on any of these people, everyone in the country can file complaints from any location.

Instead of reporting on the facts in this case he has opted for the MSM spin zone, referring to Darren as a member of an Aryan white supremest cult (well, actually he may be as no one here has ever clarified that he isn’t), and that he, Fritzpatrick, and anyone else involved including those supportive of Citizens’ Grand Juries, are ‘morons’. This reminds me of the Yale Lawyer Mr. Rhodes spinning tales about Red Mike to justify his pulling out of the Open Carry Rally. What is really interesting is now we have two ‘Conservative Leaders’ supposedly on the outs with each other, coming up with the same condemnation of those involved in the Monroe County fracas… Gosh, that must mean there is something to their criticism, right? Well, no; not when the whole thing is for show, and it is simply an attempt to polarize the masses and control both sides of an argument.
Just as that Yale Lawyer no-body Mr. Rhodes has made himself and _His_ organization irrelevant among thinking combat vets, so too has old ‘never served’ Red Mike made himself and his non-blooded 3-Per ‘lets hide in the woods until things blow over’ followers irrelevant as well. The obvious connection between these two is their dedication to diverting red-blooded Americans from doing what comes naturally which is to organize along traditional American lines of State Militias and Citizen Grand juries and take to the streets in mass to take the government back. Both of these pimps have a vested interest in holding back those who are capable of effecting change rather quickly, by the use of false counsel based on preaching a perverted definition of the true rights and duties of native American citizens, which has them cowering in fear of their ‘overlords’ instead of boldly marching forth and kicking their MF’ing asses into the garbage..
This reminds me of Feb. 2008 when a mass of supposed Conservatives, right on cue, along with all the liberal rags, came out with statements of support for that back stabbing traitor McCain, whose campaign was in the toilet. The orchestration that goes on is rather amazing and in spite of being so blatant is seemingly invisible to the oblivious masses out there in never-never land.
In reference to my earlier plea for someone to use their web sites to establish a central point where like minded folk can get together and organize, I don’t see anyone taking that step. It should be done by someone who is in the loop and has the confidence of everyone involved. That isn’t me, and I don’t have a web site anymore. This seems like a good place, or at least as good as a blog interface can be. But I really think a forum is needed, where it is easy to keep track of topics. If anyone has any ideas please comment, as we are all dying on the vine due to a complete lack of information on Darren’s and Fritzpatrick’s status.
I am really thinking about transcribing the patriot heart radio blog where Carl and Tim did mention that in Darren’s case he was released only if he submitted to an ankle location transmitter and the installation of a land line for monitoring the god damn thing… I haven’t seen that bit of info written any where, and I really don’t understand why not. I would also like some clarification on his supposed connection with Aryan supremest groups. I don’t think that is too much for ask for when people are asking for my, and other’s, support.
